A Gaulish recommendation, by Toutatis! (Thanks to "Flash" for this image) That means that the ability to participate in this website beyond just a forum has now been provided. Most of the contents of the forum and the Phil's World website have now been transferred here - or will be transferred here very shortly. It will be a little hard for those who aren't naturally computer literate to get used to this place, and there is a Help link on the left to give you some information including how to do what here. There is also the facility to ask questions and I'll do my best to answer them. The only section that has not been moved here by and large is the section on local Australian wrestling. That remains on the website, and it is now password protected in places. The expansion in articles will include my opinions of people, places and events far wider than originally presented on the Phil's World website. Anyway - to get you started, here are the main sections for you to look at. Or if you feel adventurous try the search facility and see what comes up! However, to discuss any of the articles or create any articles you will need to get an account here. The only place this doesn't apply is on the Contact Page. Refer to the disclaimer for any legal issues, and make sure you familiarise yourself with the rules before doing anything.

Main sections

Contact Page - Use the discussion page to contact me.

General Page – This section retains the sticky threads from the forum, and provides the links to those areas. Word Association, Jokes, “Get Stuffed”, What you’re watching, What you’re reading and a few others including a couple of debuting sections. As articles are created that don't fit into any other category, they will be added to a template at the bottom of the General page.

Football Page – This is the front page for all the football details. It will include everything that was on the forum and on my website - including the score archives, the project material and Phil's Weekend. As new football articles are created they will be added to a template at the bottom of the football page.

Wrestling Page – This is the front page for the wrestling section. It will include all the WWE reports from the forum plus the title histories and show results and so forth. The Australian material remains on the website with the exception of articles on past and present promotions in general - although the controversial stuff remains on the website. As new wrestling articles are created they will be added to a template at the bottom of the relevant page.

Asperger's Syndrome - This section has undergone a re-jig, with the condition description seperated from the rest, a higher prominence for the mercury poisoning article and new articles as well as now hosting the Aspie Unfriendly area.

Politics - With this section wikified it gives me a chance to stay up to date with the issues and also keep Action Party policy up to date. That's all coming over from the website.

Doctor Who - This section was very empty on the website, and hopefully now I'll get the chance to fill it all out. My fantasy off shoot gets a guerney here as well.

Rail Travel - This section was simple on my website, but with the wikifying of the website I can now expand this area.

Star Wars - This is brand new to the Phil's World realm and makes it's debut here with the six movies and the main characters.

MASH - This is also brand new to this realm and debuts with the episodes and the main characters.

Forum Archives – This section provides the archived conversations of the past from the IPB forum, the PHP forum, the Pro Boards forum and my old Yahoo Groups.

Other sections

Places I've visited - In order to provide links across the Wiki, I've created a list of places I have visited and articles on those places. This can be combined with the rail section for tourist options.

Personal Events - This section speaks for itself.

General Events - This section also speaks for itself, presenting a personal touch as well as historical info.

Years - This is simply another way of linking articles across the Wiki, but it does also provide a personal touch.

Personal Updates - This links to my user page where there is a template featuring a number of past and present rants that don't qualify as personal events.

It will also be possible for other members to start articles within these categories. All articles will be credited to the originator of it if appropriate. If you want to arrange to create an article just ask me on the relevant talk page.

Most pages have an active discussion page, but all except the contact page are only available to account holders as mentioned.
